Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns/ Replacements :

• Product Lost in Transit
• Product was Damaged by Shipping Partner
• Produt Damaged Due to Any Unfortunate Incident

 

Delivery / Delays :

Accidents / Natutal Calamity / Goverment Shutdown/  or any which is not under our hands won't be considered as reason for cancellation.

 

Cancellation & Refund Time Period :

You can cancel the order within 1 Hour  of placing your order, once the cancellation is processed you will get back the refund in 7-10 working days in your respective payment method only.

RTO or Courier Charges - Rs. 299 ( One Time Fee, if product is shipped from our side)

Admin & Others Charges - Rs. 149 (Digital Infrastructure and Management Fee)
