Personalised Products 

Important things to note :

• Personalised products are Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been place.
• We cannot allow changes to any orders once placed. We will try to make the changes if requested, however there is no guarantee that the same will be done after 1 Working day placing the order.

Returns/ Replacements :

• Product Lost in Transit
• Product was Damaged by Shipping Partner
• Produt  Damaged Due to Any Unfortunate Incident

Cancellation & Refund Time Period  – You can cancel the order within 1 Hour  of placing your order, once the cancellation is processed you will get back the refund in 7-10 working days in your respective payment method only.

 

Returns Time Period (Non Personalised Prodcuts Only) – You can return the order within 2 Days of receiving the damage or wrong product, and new product will be shipped within 7-10 Days once we received the return.
